Does this get good success rate?

    Im using scrapebox to harvest url's get rid of duplicates,then I check the PR of each url. Anyone that is over PR 4 I save. I'm going to manually start posting on sites so that the comment is relevant to what the article is about. Or should I do this for only PR 6+ urls'.

    I dont really think, that this would make a big difference.
    PR is overrated. You should post on sites, that are relevant to your niche. Forget the PR.
    Btw, high PR sites are most likely no-follow.
