I see somebody added the website on addmefast and the others would view it, does it do good to your website when we do this?

Do you consider a good visitor, one that comes on the home page of your website and after 10-15 seconds goes away? In Google's algorithms, this means irrelevant site for the visitor. You come up with the conclusion.

I guess people use addmefast views to bump up their traffic stats...
I do views there to get easy credits but I don't even look at those websites as addmefast runs in the background while I'm doing something else.

Not at all. The only benefit you get is higher traffic stats, which are pointless since the bounce rate is 100% and visitors only last 10 seconds. Not to mention, nobody actually looks at your site anyway.
