Does the cpc will be affected of its traffic source? Let's say my traffic source is social media and my keywords is about $10 cpc. Will I still get that average cpc from that kind of traffic source? Or I will get a lower cpc?

    Its for adsense.

I have experienced very low cpc on facebook like ~.15 cents. I am sure keywords bid rate on google placements are multiples time higher that what you'd pay on facebook.

That's the wrong way of looking at things. If you only send traffic that can possibly convert for the advertiser then you'll always get the maximm CPC. If you sell crap traffic that is untargeted for the offers promoted then you will get lower CPC's and eventually be banned.

It's all about the ROI for advertisers, keep that in mind and you can't go wrong.
