Does the ExitNodes Command Still Work In Tor?

OK so I need to have just US ips through tor, so I try to do that by using the method in this old post: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo-tools/8225-how-get-us-ip-addresses-tor.html I can't seem to get it to work. I am still showing up random foreign ip addresses when I enter US names through the exitnodes command.

Does using the exitnodes command through tor still work? If not, is there some other solution to get US only ips through tor?
