Does someone work with VA's?

Wondering if someone hired virtual assistants on here. Or someone even offering a service on here?

How do you track how many hours they work?
How long did it take you to teach them what exactly to do?

1. Timedoctor ($10 per month per VA).
2. Depending of the task and if the VA have previous experience with this type of work.
3. Depending of how skilled is. From something as low as $1 for someone who know nothing, but basic English, to $5-6 for someone who know his stuff..

I have had a VA from @santhej - Pretty good experience with his people as they actually listen and learn.

When i book them, they always let me know on Skype when they start working (via Remotedesktop) and tell me when they take breaks and when they are done with the work. I always use spreadsheets to check the work they have done that day.

Not long actually. I want my VA's to understand crystal clear what i want from them. Before i give them a task i will write down a 2 or 3 Page Document Explaining EVERYTHING that they have to do (with pictures included) to minmize errors when they perform the task. Once i send it to them, i ask if they understood everything and let them do a testrun, then check the results and tell them if they did it right/what they could improve.

3$ per hour. I usually hire VA's only for 4 hr's every day because the work is pretty repetetive and i don't want my VA to kill himself.

I can only speak for @santhej service. Never ran into any problems.

I didn't teach them. Expected them to know what they were doing.

Slightly above market price for everything.

I just need someone to make high quality web 2.0 backlinks for me. Spinning the text, creating the web 2.0s. Thats it. I have so many websites and its such a tiring job to do every single day. I spend like 2-3 hours for it every day and I could normally just spend my time doing more useful things.
