I discovered somebody is iframing my websites.

They are copying the exact replica of my websites on their own domain. At first I thought it was stolen content and placed on their site, but then I updated something on my site, and it immediately shows the update on their domain.

My question is does this sort of iframe hurt my website ranking because it is a duplicate of the exact site on a different domain, in terms of duplicate content penalty?

Search for "frame braker javascript code" on google and add it to your site. There are more solid options server-side, but this single line of js should keep most leechers at bay ;)

First of all they CAN get content indexed. If they steal your content immediately after you publish it then they might even get it indexed in their website faster then you do, and then google will give credit for them. You will work then, as content syndicate.
If i were you i would to the following : start using G services "content ownership".

If they are displaying your website in Frame, use frame breaking script and you are good.

I don't buy into that whole "Google doesn't read shit in the iframe" theory. I would do everything you can to get it removed.

iframe doesn't hurt your site, maybe they are just using it as "fake" gateway for CPA popups...
