Does smart bidding ignore ad scheduling?

Hello,

I have recently changed some of my Google ads campaigns from manual CPC to target CPA. Now this has been changed, will it ignore my ad schedule big adjustments based on the time of day, and will it also ignore my device bid adjustments?
