Does sharing photos bring followers ?

I have some photos on my account, but is it worth to share 5 photos daily ?

Depends on your account, if you have something like a motivational quotes page you can post alot but pages with videos etc. should focus on posting less.

it all depends on your account how often you want to post. the only thing is you need to post regularly. photos will help your account "spread" to a wider audience and gain more followers as a result. plus it will keep people who are already following you interested
Test it out and see what type of numbers you can pull.
My main accounts only posts 3-7 times a week.
With my other smaller accounts, I post 7-12 times a week.
