Hi, i am just wondering is there different laws to adhere to when selling the above from a website or ebay. I'm not talking about medication but instead things like diet pills etc. (the kinda available in supplement shops) and other powders?

Would it be easier to sell these on ebay (legally) or what are the main legal differences between selling products like this and non-edible products.

    Thanks for any info.

If you are in US then don't try it.

And even if you are NOT in US, I don't think that ebay and your pills source (if it's a legal source) will allow you to sell it on ebay.

I think if you are selling as an affiliate you should be ok, as long as you dont advertise that something is legal in one particular country when it obviously is not. Most products on MoreNiche & MarketHealth are FDA approved anyway. This is what I have found anyway. Hope this helps

There is a difference between Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals and Herbal Supplements. In all 3 of those areas there are illegal ones, legal ones, high risk ones, and very high risk ones. Before you ask this question, or take anyone's advice, you need to know what you want to sell - specifically - not just "diet pills"

I am based in UK/Ireland area, so since i can't post direct links on here without them asking me for a donation, all i can say is go to ebay US, and type in "align" and an example diet supplement comes up.

I would just like to know would there be different legalities selling these and/or more difficulties, also would it be better to sell these on ebay rather than my own website? I am not fully sure of the regulations in selling these from e-commerce.

    Thanks.

Align fits in the nutra area, not pharma. It is legal to sell online, although you can't really sell the brand under that name unless P&G has a affiliate program or you want to be sued, but supplements like that yes. Specifically this one is on the lower end of the risk spectrum, you have things like HCG which are much higher - and Visa/MC don't like to honor them anymore so stay away - and you have lower ones.

A lot of guys white label, I would say always on your own website but you can test on eBay. May not get the best results, and the billing model is pretty boring.
