Does scrapebox have phone support ?

    Do they have phone support ? I have request for license transfer but they havn't got back to me till now.

    I dont think they have phone support... I am sure they will get back to you... Is this your first time this month that you are requesting licence transfer..?

    Is this the first license transfer you have requested in a month? They only transfer the license for free once each month.

    Also did you include all the details in the request such as trans id and paypal email?

    Sweetfunny posted on the SB thread that they get lots of license transfer requests where the license has already been transferred within a month or details are missing.

    If they are getting too many of these then they will likely just ignore the ones that don't meet the criteria as it takes them a lot of time to reply to people who aren't following the simple rules.

    And to answer your question....No they don't have telephone support.

    No, it's the 2nd time ? But how do I pay for license transfer ? I really need scrapebox now, I have been waiting since yesterday.And anybody knows whether if I buy a new license, can I instantly use it or do I have to wait for them to approve.

    If scrapebox owner is reading, please please check my email, I have included paypal email, transaction id and everything.

    I dont know if you can pay for licence transfer... I read somewhere that is $10 if you want transfer licence second time in one month .. But I am not sure..

    If you buy new licence you need to wait for approval...

    I think Sweetfunny is more of a quiet supergenius working on her own rather than the always smiling ever friendly customer service rep. And I think I like it that way. Yes if you paid for the software you have a right to use it but if you keep transferring more than once a month it's not their fault.

    That is not necessarily the case. We just bought a license yesterday. After waiting a day for it to get activated, I contacted them. They were extremely rude. They basically talked to me as if I was trying to steal a license. Rather than help me get my license activated, they had the nerve to refund the payment instead. Talk about brutal customer service. I definitely won't be dealing with them again.
