In the title really, I was going to submit my RSS to some Syndication websites.
But wouldn't this create duplicate content?

Hmm, I had an RSS reader out years ago and we used to outrank articles from their own publisher.

Not sure about the duplicate content part these days. Most of me wants to say no, no duplicate content problems.

Some time back, feedreader starting publishing RSS feed of my site on their site. At that time, I didn't noticed until one day I figured out my site was penalized for duplicate content. My site was outranked for my own articles and I was nowhere. My advice, don't do that.

A lot of the time it is only snippets with links they will post, which is great. Content curation is just a done thing these days so small portions of dup content doesn't seem to have big impacts.

It's still worth having your site index faster than where it ends up though
