was just wondering say i was to post on forums for a backlink and i made it where the size of the hypertext url was really small with this effect seo in anyway..like you will be able to see it but it will be really really small

No, backlinks won't related the size of the text..only the depends on the Anchor text but you should not do use the text color same as the page background..
