Does Rambler always die fast?

Any one here used rambler? I lost many accounts because I lost the access to the emails witch are rambler
does it always die or it get deleted after sometime?
or just the provider I got from is bad?

In my case I tested 5 rambler accounts, all gives me spam warning

Btw, I tested GMX, no luck too
