Does posting link at telegram group consider backlink?

I got one telegram group , I create is to so call " for backlinks"
I remember one or few bros teach and claim telegram group also consider for creating backlinks

so I create one , just post the url
but my group only one sub that is myself.

I don't know it does help come backlinks is it true ? got use? or actually don't help ?

index the telegram group in Google search results

Your telegram group won't get indexed automatically. You need to index it.
