Does mixed content hurt pagerank?

    I have about 10 domains that i host which functions as my T1. I have been blasting them with backlinks. Just checked and looks like most of them made the jump up to pr 1-2 since i checked 3 months ago.

    I have long tails going from those sites to my money site for a niche.

    Now my question... Can i post articles to those T1 sites for completely different niches and point to a second money site without hurting pr?

    I would like to use the link juice from those sites to make a second money site, but i dont know if having 2 different types of content on the site will look bad in the face of big G. Would rather not have to make a bunch more T1 sites

    Those T1 sites are just blogs and are not really there for people to read... so i could give 2 craps if a person stumbles on those sites and doesnt think it looks good. Put all my time into the money sites.

    PageRank has nothing to do with content.

    PageRank is used to determine a page's popularity but it is no longer considered a factor to determine your rank in the SERPs.

    its still a factor but not as powerfull.
