I really want to re-digg my blog articles but Im worried I'd get banned I really didn't read the TOC of Digg. Does anyone re-digg their articles? How often can you re-digg the same article? Thanks for any input I'm so excited to see my traffic double I want to keep it that way!!

I've re-dugg(?) articles before as well as re-posted articles to reddit. What I'd suggest doing is changing the title slightly - that way it's not seen as a duplicate.
Of course, if your content is memorable, any regulars are going to recognize it as a dupe and down-vote it. Nevertheless, it's a good way to get a short burst of additional traffic. If you are looking for traffic, depending on your niche, I'd highly recommend reddit over digg.

Reddit is the best way to go as far as viral/bookmarking traffic. One of my sites went viral for a day a about a year ago and for that day I got a 500%-700% increase in traffic. It was insane. Your site has to be up near the top of the comments page though....usually within the first 5-10 comments.

You can create a new account too. Anyone can Digg anyone else's site, so they can't blame you if "other people" Digg your site.
You won't get credit for the extra backlink from Google, but you will get posted again on Digg and have a chance of hanging out on their front page.
