That is, does a user with high number followers and high engagement rate gives a "far more valuable" comment and follow that bolster our post and our profile than the comment and follow of a users that spam a lot?? Similar with how Google rank website using URL link. Does Instagram also have similar concept? Thx for the answer or opinion

Yes, users with many followers and much engagement have much much more impact on your post performance than spam account. Spam accounts that are classified as such have barely any effect on your ranking.
10 legit likes can outrank 1000s of spam likes from a bad provider.

It depends. Yes and no. I handle many client accounts and some get daily likes from 1M+ accounts. Their engagement does not vary from when those 1M+ accounts don't like the posts.

Does the 1M+ accounts using like a lot? In google ranking, the boosting effect of URL link is diluted by the number of links. So maybe Instagram follows the same concept

Also, you cant compare. I mean, you cant compare a very advanced algorithm like Google's to a social network.

Why not? Facebook, the owner of Instagram is as rich as Google. Surely they have enough resources to implement the same kind of algorithm with Google

No, it doesn't work like that.... Okay so first to all Google is worth a lot more than FB. And second, Instagram just don't need that.

I see. Then, does putting my Instagram accounts to like each other will boost my posts and profile ranking?
