Does Iframed Content Give Cookies?

Simple enough. If I iframe the affiliate product in the screen will it give them the cookie? So lets say I wanted to iframe the site and then have a link underneath it saying something to the effect of "open in a new tab" and I just put in the .com of the site, would they have a cookie from the iframe or no?

For the record, my iframe would be of fairly decent size, like probably the size of a youtube video or bigger.
