One of my pages that I'm trying to rank I have been sending a lot of PBN link juice, yet I'm still to reach the first page. I don't know if this is true, but I once read that d0follow internal links takes away link juice from a specific page you're trying to rank for.

If this is the case, I have 35 d0follow internal links mostly from the menu, sidebar, and content. Should I Nofollow these? Does it hurt my SEO?

By logic they shouldn't. In fact, having properly structured internal links should help the bots know your site structure no matter if these are d0follow or n0follow.. but let's wait for the gurus to chime-in with their opinion :)

No not at all. On the contrary - internal links are awesome.

No it does not hurt your seo but check if you have internal links anchors that are keyword driven

On the contrary, it helps A TON. That's one of the reasons the silo architecture works so good for ranking hundreds of keywords.

if you do it smart it helps a lot.
no links = link juice kept
nofollow links = link juice lost
******** links = link juice passed

from pages i want to rank i link only related pages that i want to rank too.

They are good but Keyword density matters A LOT!

Keyword density = number of mentions of the keyword in the whole page ( Not article ) + mentions in anchor text (internal + external)

So, if you have your keyword mentioned in Title, article heading , Breadcrumbs u r doomed before even starting to build backlinks.

An internal link is a good strategy to do. Having internal links does not hurt your page rankings.

Yeah, also think that people who nofollow internal links are still not sure how pagerank gets passed. Nofollowing internal links will fuck your rankings up lol, one of my sites did this after changing to ssl for some reason and rankings tanked within days. I spent a few hours trying to figure out what happened and this was the most likely culprit.

Nofollow will still take a cut of the juice but not pass anything to the page its linking to. Thats why external ******** links to good non-competing sites will help your rankings too.

No problem while placing internal links on your page.

Reduce the PBN Link and built quality links it will be given more traffic and getting rank in Big G

Internal links are great. They help in spreading link juice but note that they should still be moderately used especially sitewide internal links. This is to avoid over-optimization.

No it does not! You do not have to nofollow them and it will not hurt your site SEO at all.
