This sounds crazy but I cannot think of any other reason why its happened, does Google or do you think its possible that Google looks at copyright complaints as a signal? Yesterday my sites were shut down after complaints to Google for copyright content on my site, I did not act on these complaints, so then the copyright holder contacted my host and had me shut down for 24 hours, while I was shut down Google crawled my site, and my ranking lowered as there was nothing there on my site, this morning, I wake up and my site is back on, in position 1, for most of my keywords. I have noticed with a lot of the movie sites, the worse they are, in regards to copyrights, the higher ranking they get, my site is not a movie site, its just something I have noticed. Do you think that its possible for this to happen?
