Does Google Consider This An "Aged" domain?

I am looking at buying an aged website with my keywords in the url. I have come across a domain for sale. Its a PR n/a and has been a parked page for 2 years now. The name was registered 7 years ago and has ZERO drops.

Is this considered an "aged" domain? Or would this be the equivalent of buying a new domain name?

As long as the name never dropped, the age is valid. Go to Whois.sc and lookup the domain, it will tell you the number of times a domain has dropped since it was first registered.

Check and see if it is indexed and has any back links at all. Old links mean an older first index date by G which is important as well.
