Does Google allow spam techs for adult more than no-adult sites?

I explain better my question, there are some discussions out there about how google treats different adult from no-adult sites

it seems GG would allow adult sites to use spam tecniques and build linking using blog spamming to rank better, while is more restrictive with no-adult domain that uses the same techs

for example, I own a general (adult not allowed) directory and I got an email from a submitter asking me to remove his site because it was banned by GG because it was linked from a lot of sites using the same anchor text

I also own adult sites and see a lot of competitor sites that require always the same word as anchor text to get listed on them and rank 1st page with that word and a lot of other word/phrases

is there some true in this different behaviour that GG seems to assume depending on adult or no-adult market?
