We all agree that Fiverr is the best small marketplace for us to make money online. But there is one thing that I do not like much. That is Fiverr auto approve their gigs right after a buyer order a service
This is so annoyed and push pressure to seller. They have to work hard to delivery on time their gigs
    Do you think that too?

Yes. Totally agree. They should re-invent the system. Make it more seller-friendly. Without seller, there will be no Fiverr.

Agree...some idiots order the same gig 6-7 times and then the review comes like-

    NAME
Cancelled order..seller failed to deliver on time!

Make you delivery time longer. Simple solution? I still got orders when I changed my delivery times to 12 days!

The buyers always if they see the turnaround time is a lot, they think it's due to high amount of orders, and meaning you have many costumers, but there is a bad side as well.

It doesn't matter what I am selling, and that is my point. If someone is scared about not being able to deliver on time, they just need to increase their delivery time. If you have a 12 day delivery time, and you can complete the order in 1 day, then their is no pressure.

Yes, I have many people message me and say "12 days?! Are you crazy?!" and I message them back and say it will be delivered in 1-2 days, and usually they will make an order. But many people will skip your offer if the time is too high.

Keep this in mind: Would you rather a thumbs down or a lost order? I can tell you 1 thumbs down will cost you a TON of orders in the long run, and you can't come back from that sometimes.

Many people want to receive their offers in a quick time.If I create a gig which say 12 days delivery I think no one want to see and of course I will have no PM

Dealing with many buyers on Fiverr is generally a bad experience.
I've launched a trial gig just to see how it works on the other side and the buyers think they purchase things at the $XXX mark and expect to be dealt with for days, PMing over and over for explanations and generally rude as if they were spending crazy monies.

Not that being rude in general is a good attitude, but $5 for what they get should be "get it and go away". That's how I behave when I buy good gigs.

The most amazing negative ratings are those in the xRumer blasts.. People complaining they got 6300 instead of 7000. Unbelievable to me.

IMO people will only order 12 days completion gig IF the seller and the gig itself has many positive reviews. Yours must be that kind of gig I guess :)

you are complaining that the gigs are auto approve....

what would be the alternative..... for you to approve them manually...

if you take a long time approving them people would cancel them too.

this is a normal problem in business... you go get your car repaired...
and they tell you that it will be ready in 3 days.... then the customer
decides if they want to wait that long.... sometimes customers take their business
    somewhere else...
it is just part of doing business....

I've been testing out fiverr for a week or so and it is kind of a pain so far. The idea was to get leads for bigger SEO projects though so I guess I am going to have to wait and see if anyone takes me up on it.

Are you guys making money just selling on 5er or trying to sell those clients more stuff after?

How many gigs do you guys put up, by the way? I am finding the more the merrier but has anyone been banned or anything for too many gigs?
