Yep it looks like here many using when live abroad the hotel wifi who has a different number than your phone right?
Enable roaming with you mobile provider means, you keep you phone location and number and your monthly data uisages (flat free) then when you liv ein Thailand, you login in with your phone location and phone number who is registered with your FB account an dnothing any ban woll happen.

I have some good friends (10 years back) from cuba, two of them now live in Spain, when they have new FB posts I can login and check, and my friends not get banned from FB. For my two firends who live now in Spain they use the spain address and phone number not their old cuban address and not got banned from FB.

FB algo can detect if your friends loggin too often to visit your profile or abusing it or if you login too often and abuse your FB profile.
 
If you log in on a new device or in a different country, Facebook will check you for security reasons.

Cross location logging is risky, warm up both IPs slowly and proxy US users to main geo.
 
If you log in in another country, Facebook can easily scan it incorrectly. Use a high-quality proxy or reliable VPN for your devices.
 
Yeah, sudden logins from different countries (like Indo + US) can definitely trigger flags. If your friend logs in, make sure he uses a clean proxy from your region or warms up slowly with low activity. Ideally, he should use the proxy to match your usual location. FB doesn’t like big geo jumps without warning, so easing into it helps avoid shadowbans.

I think you should only use a proxy in the same country, if you don't use it then when you log in frequently facebook will think it is an unusual activity and your profile is easily restricted and no longer advertised. if you need to find a strong and secure facebook account provider then we can work together
