Does Facebook allow same Payment Method on multiple ad accounts?

Hey guys,

I have an ad account that is linked with my Payoneer Credit card and everything works great however they owe me some money that i can't pay at the moment so they stop delivering my ads and i was thinking if i can add same credit card to another ad account and run my ads again... Not planning to cheat on fb just wanted to get out of this temporarily.

Another question : When i started on Facebook i was a noob and i was running some offers against Facebook TOS so eventually they banned me, NOW can i use same PayPal with another ad account?

No, dont use any banned payment method on new accounts. Unless you would like to get banned again.

For best practice - Clean Payment Method for every new account you create.

It's fine as long as the account has not been banned for not paying... Big companies do it so why shouldn't you? In your case they won't let you do it as your currently owing them cash.
