Does Facebook Ads Make You Send Photo ID To Verify Accounts? I just started a campaign and after a couple hours, i received a notification that tells me I have to send them an gov issued ID for verification purposes. Something to do with 'usual activities'. But the thing is the campaign was literally JUST ACTIVE.

I never got one, but I guess, specific situations such as 'unusual activities' may make them feel they want extra info.

Easy enough to provide if you're legit though...

Ouch. I am just the unlucky one, I guess.
Are you using credit card or paypal as payment method? Does it matter?

I don't THINK it matters. Is payment info all in the same name as the account etc?

Could be country, could be IP, could be lots of things. Don't worry about it, even if it IS random, just prove you are who you say and all done!

Actually it happened a few weeks ago. I did submit my real info, credit card matches my billing info and all that.
And I received an email saying that they couldn't activate my account and decision is final (along those lines).

So now I am confused. I am not even sure if I am email them again, or just make a new account.
But making a new account doesnt seem to be easy, based on my research here.
