Today I got this message from Ebay:
Your account is suspended. This means all of your current listings have been removed and you can no longer buy or list new items on eBay. To avoid further collection activity, such as: possible referral to collection agency, credit bureau reporting and/or legal action, you must pay the amount you owe immediately.
This is not the first,I have about 50 of them.I didn't pay for a 155$ fee because Ebay charged me about 80$ for selling a Samsung Galaxy S3.But the problem is that the buyer only bought that item so he didn't pay for it so Ebay charged me for nothing.

Do they really collect this fees?
What should I do?

Thanks for your help.

If you are selling with stealth accounts then don't worry they won't be able to find you , but if you have all your real information there then probably if you don't pay they will send a collection team to gather the fees. From what you are saying i understand you sold an item and buyer didn't pay and ebay still charged you these fees? Then make a cancellation for this transaction and they will remove the charged fees from your account.

Call them and ask whats up.

I'm quite sure that you won't have to pay if the buyer did not pay.

How can you run 50 accounts and not know about NPB. File a NPB, if they do not respond in time your fees will be removed. You knew ahead of time the fees anyway but filing an NPB is your responsibility as a seller.
