Does early comment activity still boost fb post reach?

I noticed that some brands just buy comment and boost discussions within the first 30–60 minutes after publishing the post. I have a question is that is early comments still carry more weight than reactions alone in that platform?
It depends if the accounts that are commenting are real or not. If they are real then yes you get a good boost on your posts.

I'm not sure about that unless you're already have decent followers or decent views overall, because I don't think it'll happen on a new or fresh account.

no it's the "bought" comment but it still works bro, it just like a seeding marketing way of the brands

Comments help viewers better understand your post, and if those comments come from real accounts with many followers, it will help increase the reach of your post.

but what if that's the "bought" comments but it still works bro, have u thought ab it
You're right. I've noticed that some purchased comments are also very valuable because some viewers only look at the comments without paying attention to distinguish between purchased and genuine comments.

Yes—strong early comments and meaningful engagement can still boost a Facebook post's reach by signaling relevance to the algorithm.

Comments are definitely a stronger signal because they show people are spending more time with the content. But fake or forced comments usually do not help much in the long run.

yea, those interactions yield immediate results
But, in my exp, i just buff 1 ads content 1 time/ 1 day (run about 1 - 3 hours, then i off)

Early engagement helps, but quality content is what drives long-term reach.

Comments add an extra layer of trust for potential customers. In my experience, they can improve performance by around 10–15%, so you can draw your own conclusions from that

I think early comments, from people still make a bit of a difference.

just take interaction in a time bro
like a decoy bird

Everyone's arguing real vs bought and missing that comments do two different jobs.

Algorithmic reach: weakest use. Meta weights who commented and whether the thread went anywhere. Flat comments from accounts with no history with your page do nothing.

Social proof: the real use. An empty comment section reads as ignored, a live one reads as worth reading. Nobody audits whether the accounts are real. That's a conversion lever, not a reach lever.

So bought comments work - for the second job, not the first. The 10-15% @xspy_cloud mentioned is probably better conversion, not more distribution.

One thing that does move reach: comments that pull replies. Depth beats volume.

Yes, I meant the impact on the overall conversion rate with comments versus without comments

Yes, but it is no longer as effective as it used to be.

In the past, being among the first to comment on posts by fanpages or celebrities could ensure your comment was seen by many people, thereby driving traffic to your personal profile or fanpage. However, the way Facebook ranks comments has changed significantly.

Yes, early comments within the first 30–60 minutes trigger the algorithm far better than mere reactions, but for long term reach, your content must still be engaging enough to keep real users staying and discussing.
