I have a brand new .de domain which is 1-2 months old. I bought a big service in the BST section.
He sent me report on 10/8 so now its 23 days over and i didn't see any SERP improvements.
But i must say most of the web2.0s he created aren't indexed! I have blast them with some wikis to get them indexed.
But he also used tier 2 links which should index them faster, but they are still unindexed.
So is that because of the .de domain or because the web2.0s aren't indexed?
What can i also do to get them indexed?

Hi Desert90 submit the backlink urls to a pinging service like pingfarm or get an indexing gig from fiverr.

Yes, you can ping the links and index them using some indexing tools like linklicious and nuclear link indexer.
Also do not use a mass indexing tool that uses whois links built to your website. This tool is in Scrapebox, so avoid it.

I think those advices to use indexing service are pretty worthless.

It's pretty hard to get web2.0s indexed nowadays, at least that's what I'm experiencing. You either have to update your web2.0s constantly with new articles or you have to hammer them hard with tier2 and tier3 before you start to see some g-love. In my experience those spammy web2.0s need at least 50 (indexed) tier2 links before they show up in gaygle.

Google is slow in responding these days, ping them continuously and also use any premium indexing services.

Just because your site was indexed does not mean it will show in the serps instantly. What is your on-site seo looking like?

You need to give google time to scan through your site. Give it some time and keep creating quality backlinks. Make sure all content is fresh and your onsite seo must be very well layed out.
