Okay so I have heard mixed things about this, I was wondering if ClickBank will e-mail/call me and question my traffic if I am sending traffic from an tinyurl/bit.ly/offto.net url to my hoplinks. Would this be a safe practice or would I raise some flags and get questioned about my traffic? All the traffic would be from Twitter with legit leads, not some kind of frauding ClickBank scheme. Feel free to leave any random bits of ClickBank advice.

I appreaciate it greatly and thank you in advance.

Would really appreciate an answer. Thanks will be given.

ClickBank isn't like the CPA networks.

CPA networks can give you some grief if they don't like the quality of the traffic you send them.

With CB, people that get to the site either "buy" OR they don't. So they could care less about where the traffic comes from like the CPA networks do.

Redirects are a way of life when going thru CB. No one in their right mind uses the standard hop links. Tinyurl & other redirect sites are just that ... redirecting to the actual url.

My 3 centz, anyway.

They really don't care. Only time I have ever seen an issue is when someone complains to the publisher (vendor now) of the product then they complain to CB and CB complains to you. This is really just from like really excessive email spamming or something though.

As a few others have said they really don't care about conversion rates. You really can't cheat clickbank as far as 'false leads' b/c it's not possible to do.

Just do a domain redirect and you will be fine. I know if you get too carried away with spamming they can and will take your check away. I remember Ruck losing 14k from CB from blog spamming.(Of course this is IF they find out)

Yes...like it's been said. CB vendors do not care where your traffic comes from. A lot of products I promote the vendor actually advises promoting on CL.

They dont care - apart from spamming, I got 2 complaints from a non optin email list I did a sendout to and they threatened to disable my account if I got 1 more complaint. I had to phone them and grovel to the security manager.

Been doing the same thing for a while; I personally go for bit.ly as it provides real-time tracking.
