I can't see any reason why they wouldn't. In fact i've never checked, but the obvious answer to me is, of course they do. 
I used to throw worse stuff at CJ than contextual and contextual is a "proper" form of traffic.

YES you can i have been doing for 2 years now...now problems...I dont link to us the TEXT links provided by cj so i just take the portion of the link code that has my aff id# and link that on my sites....I have had no problem even made $400 from a single advertiser on cj and they said WOW great job....they examine my site and saw my own text links they were fine the leads were good and converted...

I have never checked but i dont see any reason why not, i think you should simply ask them
