I have watched so many this type of backlinks spreading redirect links.

in SERP pages, we can see

but after you click it, there are not links in the site.

are there any word that refers this tactics like social bookmarking?

This is a common SEO attack,
It could get your website crawl budget overused or penalized due to spam,

Make sure you're blocking search and any possible similar queries in robots.txt,
This is very critical as it's very common nowadays

I call them 'searchbox parasites'. The fact that they're still so popular in certain geos still blows my mind.

It's majorly used by the competitors, especially your search box, they usually search the queries with casino and adult keywords and one step ahead, even build the backlinks for it. As @hideath said, it will eat your lots of crawl budget and the best way to stop is from robot.txt by using this -

User-agent: *

Disallow: /search
Disallow: /?query=
