I want to make a website exactly like this one: CarolinaBusinessDirectory.com

Does anyone know if this is a CMS or template or what? I'm looking to make my own local directory site and I haven't found another site that I like better.

The HTML is messy so i assume it's a flat site. No indication otherwise.


It does use Bootstrap (CSS Library)

JavaScript

JQuery.
 
Can anyone estimate how much it would cost to get a similar site coded?

It's hard to tell without looking at the members and administration sections but I would estimate anywhere between $500 to $1500 depending on the functionality

You can do this with wordpress and one of directory themes

I've thrown up a test site, and its just SO slow. Wordpress load times are killing me.
