Is there a way to setup a WordPress blog, I mean, register all the plug ins and configure them. Basically do everything BUT, content, and export that/import it to other fresh installs of WordPress on different hosts? I am doing some autoblogs and I realize that most of my sites are identical, except for the content. I use programs like autoblogger and wp-robot to do content, but it would be so great to set about 90% up and install that, and then just go in and do content and categories on each site.

Try setting everything up and then ftp'ing it back to your computer. Then uploading with ftp to your new host and doing a few tweaks to get it going.

What did when i was building alot of similiar Wordpress blogs was create my own little uploadable version with all my plugins and such in place already. SO it was a nice quick upload and done. If you need to do some settings on top of that, why not do an Imacro or Ubot that you can drop your wordpress info into that will then login and set up all your plugins to their predefined settings? If you're willing to drop a few bucks on it, I can help you set something custom up.
