Recently hired someone to make some compilation videos, and despite the fact that the clips were random, there was royalty free music, borders above and below the video and some text. Facebook took it down in a matter of minutes.

With fuckheads like Jukin video buying viral videos AFTER they're everywhere and reporting everyone who's uploaded them its getting more and more difficult to upload videos to Facebook pages. I don't know how places like AJ+ and NowThis get away with it.

    uh.... what?

try flipping the video horizontally if it doesn't detract from the video's message (ie. there is no text merged with it)

    apply a blur.

    change the hue and saturation.

    apply a vignette.

Rerecord the music in software and try to distort it with settings that human ear can't detect, i know they have very sophisticated audio detection and you have to do a little research on it maybe if this is something you have time to invest on.

Yes, increase or decrease the pitch of the song by 1. The song will be a bit weird but it does the trick.

The music isn't the problem, the music is free royality free music and the producer is even credited in the video. The problem is despite the fact that the video is a compilation, i'm getting flagged for just those small portions of the video that contain peoples work who eventually take ownership of those videos and report them to fb. I'll try the color alteration hue/saturation and see if that does the trick.
