Does anyone here thinks that SEOBOOK is a good place to learn SEO?

just like the title says, im trying really hard to learn and implement SEO in some of my sites (video and proxies) and i came around to this website, is the information there worth it?

In my personal opinion, no. Everything you need to know is out there, and it's free. Now, if money doesn't matter and you're itching to drop some $$ on an SEO membership/learning site, shop around a bit. SE0 book definitely has a lot of videos and learning resources, but also check out free blogs like SE0moz to learn more about SEO.
