have you ever thought of contacting websites in niches similar to yours and offered a private deal? I think that is one of the best ways in case what you're trying to advertise is not completely BH and even so you might get some website owners interested. in the end of the day every website owner is trying to make an extra buck

I checked out popads and turns out for support they use email... in 2024. pretty cringe.
another thing I don't like is that they want to manually review the website for some dumb reason? instead on focusing on checking the traffic quality instead which they would have to check anyways? it's an issue since I have thousands of websites, so i had to reach out
