Does anyone have any international traffic?

I have a heap of direct search feeds that i am looking for partners to monetize. I have alot of international and US feeds that i need traffic for.

Way late to the party, but I just started playing with Google's PPC on just the network with international traffic (Job/Freelancing/WAH hunters) and am getting $.04 traffic, and 50% conversions giving out a free report. Got 800 people yesterday, but have not found the offers to make money yet since all I have been focusing on in the past is USA stuff.
