I'm getting these errors about 50% of the time I try to create blogs at certain sites.
So I sign up for a blog like normal. I get the email that says "click here to validate your account and get your password" so I do, and it usually takes FOREVER to load, and then I see this:
Few obvious problems here, such as my username isn't registering.
So I think "oh well, it's probably a glitch." Let me check out my site anyway.
Oh wait, that doesn't work, because it didn't install properly:

Ok, well let me try again. So I go back to my email and click the validation link again:
What's that you say? My blog is installed? Fuck you no it's not (see second image again).
This happens with around 5 or 6 MU Wordpress sites on a daily basis.
For some of them, like Blogvis (the example here), it's fucking infuriating because there's no way to correct it. Instead, I have to register another email address and start over. Waste of my fucking time.
For others, like Blogpico, the same error happens but it's possible to register a second blog on the same account so you just end up getting a different username but you can at least keep the same email address.
This happens to me regardless of if I use Firefox or IE, regardless of what IP I'm on, regardless of anything else. Are these just shitty MU WP installs or am I doing something wrong? I've been creating tons of blogs on a daily basis for months and never had these errors until recently.

edit - this shit just happened 3 times in a row with 3 separate email addresses. Does anyone have Blogvis' contact info? I'd like to tell them they suck.
