I've been doing a little research about filing a corp in the state of Missouri, and it seems that they are pretty anonymous about it all. The only thing that you are required to list is a Registered Agent, and everything else is pretty much nameless. The fee is only $58, too. That's much cheaper than I've seen for most states.

So, does anyone have any experience dealing with filings in this state. And if you have a better suggestion, please share.

    Thanks!

    Are you in Missouri?

If not then you would still need to register as a foreign franchise in your state, which defeats the whole purpose of being anonymous. Although I am currently trying to come up with ways around this.
