Wrong forum I think. (there is also a PPV section in this board ;) )

I'm also fairly new to media buys and the whole ppv/cpv thing. So far some adware networks seem to work for a few of my CPA offers I do promote. But it seems to be very different to my experience which I made with PPC/AdWords. With the classical media buys I don't get a positive ROI so far.

Well, but I keep on trying to advertise these stuff, because I believe also that there is a huge amount of money which you can make with media buys....

After a little bit of testing with some financial offers, credit cards and stuff like this I'm trying now to promote only the "free" offers - zip/email submits, lotteries, raffles,....the payout is lower but I think the conversion rate should be higher if you buy the right media. Don't waste money with high quality products and high CPMs (like I did before) - start at the lower end and then scale it up. ;)

It would be great if anyone who is really successful with this type of advertising would share some of his experiences here.

Judging by your questions, you're far from educated enough to run a successful media buy. We are talking about $10k min contracts with at least 5 flight days.
