And you first need to target those countries first. people won't wait a month for a package to arrive unless it's damn low value products worth <5$.

Disagreed. People DO wait for a month for package to arrrive and value is worth more than $5 bucks. You must really go take some time and see those popular items/seller with tons of review.

Unless the product + your marketing made it so value that people can wait for, otherwise they don't mind spending a few more bucks and grab it at local store.
In the worse case, people will just lying that shipping will arrives more than a week or two.
If you are talking about aliexpress itself. most of buyers there saw the price kinda cheap (T-shirt for $5 or pair of socks for few cents which is 4 time cheaper than their local stores) and they agreed the trade-off between price and shipping time.
But when it comes to dropshipping, you are selling a product with a kinda market prices (maybe some bucks cheaper??) It just not worth a month to receive a package with a total value of 10-ish lol.

Before you lol, take a longer look at those reviews again. ( Some are dropshippers if you know what i mean ) And Who say it is NOT worth a month or even longer than 40 days of waiting ? As long as buyers love it, who cares ? lol And don't forget some customers do forget that they did order something from the seller BUT forgot it due to some time in waiting...lol....No matter what, less than 14 days arriving is very rare can i can say almost is like bullshit crap...lol
Of course there will be some minority whinning about shipping time taking far too long. Be it dropshipper or customer. Can't satisfy all.
