if you have a webpage which has an ahrefs url rating of 5, and you take another webpage which has an ahrefs url rating of 60, and 301 redirect the url60 page to the url5 page, will ahrefs recognise this and increase the url rating of the 5 page, or does ahrefs only take backlinks into account?

The same question can be applied to pages with url shortener links.
If you have a url5 page, point 40 url shorteners at it, then link to those shorteners, will ahrefs recognise the juice flowing from those shorteners and change the url value accordingly?

I encountered a couple of 301 redirects in Ahrefs backlink reports recently but I did not think from this perceptive. So they detect and report 301 redirects but I am not sure how they are counted. I guess they are counted as you said but it won't be same with G (if I remember correctly 301 redirect decreases the link value but G knows the exact formula).
