I kind of have to agree with you on this one. I joined them yesterday actually, they had only a few offers I wanted to promote and I am already promoting them on other networks.
I really wish CPA networks would let you see the offers before you join. I have been joining several CPA networks lately and most of them I wouldn't have even bothered if I just could have gotten a list beforehand.

If you arent from the US but targeting offers in this US demographic and working with CPA its probably in your best interest to get a proxy or vpn, itll be a time saver and come in handy for multiple situations. You can get them for dirt cheap.
Also last time I did an IP lookup in Hidemyass it was a US ip so that might work for you in some instances.

We can add Odigger to that list as well. Use these services OP and you can see whats out there and available before having to apply into the networks.

Im using adscendm3di since last 3 months. The problem is, despite of increase in traffic, my offers convert very less compared to earlier. About 1 and half month back, I was averaging about $100/day BUT am now averaging about $30/day. Despite of having increased and quality traffic (comes thru Search), my conversion has dropped drastically and I have no idea whats going on. (by the way, my traffic quality is so high that people are ready to fill even Credit Report Or IQ Quiz offers)
