as opposed to using a prepaid debit card with $0.00? PayPal always rejects my prepaid debit cards, is it because it prepaid or because there is no money inside the account? Thanks in advance for the replies.

I believe it needs to have a small amount of money for when paypal pings your balance with a small charge...Have never tried this myself though :/

It needs to have a small amount, as far as I remember if they want to verify it then they'll charge two small amounts on the card and ask you to enter them exactly ( or what it Amazon? hmm )

they take around 1 euro on ebay, 1.5 euro on paypal, and no, you don't have to enter the amount that they took.
