I found a domain that has a TF of 22 and CF of 25 and DA of 23 but the PA is 1. What is your thought on these metrics. How important is PA in choosing a domain?

A PBN site needs a good backlink profile, that is it.

PA1 means no authority to that specific page. Maybe it had tons of inner urls (if you were referring to the homepage). Check where most backlinks point to - maybe it was a subdomain.

Whatever the case, you can recreate those pages easily.

As fc-dh said, if the backlinks are good, you should take it.

Do not check DA/PA at all. Moz is not that good at crawling backlinks so any metrics provided by them will be shitty too. Check the backlink profile of each site on ahrefs to evaluate its quality.

The PA is for a specific page and does not exactly relate to high or low quality a domain is. If it has a decent DA then it is likely that the domain is better than the PA of 1 would suggest.

However what fc-dh stated is correct, you need to be more concerned with it having a clean record. The record in my opinion is whether it has had shitty content on in the past and looks suspect and whether or not the backlink profile is clean, the content of the site in the past is not quite as important as the backlink profile though so just make sure that there are no obviously shitty backlinks to the domain and you will be fine.

Other than that the stats look fine, you could try different variations of the domain to find a better PA, variations such as :
    http://domain.com
    http://domain.com/index.php
    http://domain.com/index.html
    http://www.domain.com
    http://www.domain.com/index.php
    http://www.domain.com/index.html

All the above will likely have different PA values.

High PA will help a certain page to rank however if you have high DA you can rank for all pages of your website.

Is it neccessary to find a domain relate to your niche?

Let's just say that I'm having a brewing beer domain and my money site is coffee drinks. Should I go for it?
TF -30 CF- 28 PA 35 DA 23. The anchors are diversity, but some of their backlinks are from forum
