Does a dbl meta refresh appear as a direct-link?

I am hearing mixed information as far as how a double meta refresh appears to the affiliate network.

If the referrer is blanked, as opposed to being faked, does it appear to the affiliate network as a leas generated via a direct-link to the offer? Or does it appear as unusual to them?

It appears as blank and if you are generating false leads or new to a network, they might investigate it.

Try the CPA Redirecter 2 code instead. Search for it here on BHW. It shows a direct URL instead of blank.

Double refresh do not always work on all browsers. Some browsers will still show the referrer. Make sure u have a server side script to check for blank referrer before redirecting

I found the CPA Redirector yesterday and I will make sure it is version 2 in case the original is the one I downloaded.

The reason I asked was that all of my previous leads with this network have been through direct-linking. I thought if I suddenly started using "WH" LPs to pre-sell and start getting amazing conversions, that might appear strange.
