does 000webhost suspend for spamming your website?

Hello,

I am making a new website, which I plan to scrapebox and xrumer. (let's not worry about the fact that this will affect my site in a negative way.)

I have the choice of hosting it on hostgator, 000webhost, or find some other host through a google search.
hostgator is my main host which I paid for, and I would hate to lose it. so I am not going to host it there.
000webhost is my favorite host for testing purposes. every time I am working on a new site, I host it under their subdomain until the site is done. I would hate to lose my 000webhost account also.
other hosts simply suck. they have limited functionality, some things dont work....

so my question is, does 000webhost suspend if they receive a spam report? what if I get a second account, do they suspend all accounts associated with my computer, like ebay does?

000webhost suspend your site and hold it to ransom so you pay for their shite paid hosting, which if I am can remember right is hosting24. I think the 24 is sarcasm, as your site will be up anything but 24 hours a day. My advice is stay well away.
