hi
last day all my pages suddenly disappeared from google search, and I asked the reason in google community someone said me that, your site failure is due to google update, and listed my site as thin affiliate site.
here google described thin affiliate sites.
so, do your affiliate site affected to this update? and what I should do now?

Google has been extremely harsh on affiliate sites of late. Are you sure you had thin content in the first place? The reason I am asking this is that one of my sites was affected in the recent update yet it had content that was fundamentally different from the merchant's content page.

Good content is important. I've always preached this on the forum.

The better the content, the easier it is to rank, in my opinion.

Especially with affiliate sites, you want the best content you can either afford or write yourself.

What's your content like?
Please don't tell me it's hand written and the best in the world.
definitely I wrote the posts by hand, but I'm not sure about it's perfectness.
according to the google latest guideline about affiliate sites, we have to write valuable and right contents.
I send you my site, you can see and let me know your opinion about it

Did you run your content through QueText or Copyscape to check for plagiarism? Just to be sure. It helps. I use both currently.

Hi...
Luckily I'm fine.
Still have around 700 pages indexed on Google.

My strategy is using Tutorial site.
But to execute it (the tutorial), my readers need some tools, which is I pointed to the affiliate site.
I also tell them that I may earn some money for that purchase, but without adding additional cost to them.

I don't know if that's true but I think that's what Google wants.

Your are right
I should change my strategy to be same as you.
You will be safe because you are giving valuable information to the users.

You should always do that just to be safe.

I've seen threads around the forum stating "duplicate content penalties do not exist" but I believe that to be malarkey.
I never run my content through copyscape if I know it's real and well written.

Also happenee to me and i use jarvis with human editing

In my market (non-English) all the winning sites have mediocre content but high authority. Hope the Products Review update rolling out here soon.

Your content isn't exactly thin. As I had told you earlier, Google is on a hunting expedition for affiliate websites that publish "Best XX" or "Top XX" kind of content with affiliate links. My suggestions:

1. Focus on writing 90% informational content e.g. how-to guide articles, go slow on "Best XX" and "Top XX" content
2. Make sure your content is manually written (avoid AI writing)
3. Use original images instead of picking from the merchant's website (you can use API tools to pick images from merchant's site instead, but don't upload images to your site)
4. Try to build more backlinks to your website

Thanks for your guide, you are exactly right
