I think it's becuase my IP address is from a different country than my PP acct. So...what do you suggest I do?
My Ip address is the same as the CC I tried using that they turn down as I don't log in using proxies when buying anything online.
I just used a different CC.
If you are paying using PP, add a different email to the PP account, log in without a proxy and use that new email account and see how that goes.
